Work Advance is a joint enterprise, between Lesley Giles and Heather Carey, established and run as a collaborative network, that can be agile and responsive to clients changing needs. 

Through our careers we have built up extensive experience working with a variety of clients including Government across the UK (BEIS, DfE, DWP, MHCLG and the Cabinet Office); Devolved Administrations; Local Authorities; and LEPs.  

We also work with businesses large and small; industry and professional bodies; trade unions; think tanks; and international bodies such as the OECD.
