Mark Huddleston, Associate, Work Advance

Mark's work has been centred round the development and implementation for business & manufacturing strategies that have enabled growth along with sustained business success. 

He has over 15 years executive and management experience with the aerospace and defence sector and now runs his own consultancy business. His work has involved investment planning, strategic planning, leading business improvement and skills development programmes to enhance performance across the business, creating a vision for success to the benefit of all stakeholders. 

Aligned with these business activities has been working with Government both locally and nationally to promote the employment and skills agenda that has been become a focus of driving productivity and inclusive growth for the UK post the global recession and in light of Brexit. Public roles have included serving as the Northern Ireland Commissioner for Employment and Skills, working with the Department for Employment and Learning ans Skills and supporting the Institute of Directors as a Leadership and Management Ambassador.
