Linda Holbeche is Co-Director of The Holbeche Partnership (THP), a research-based development consultancy. She has more than 25 years of experience consulting and coaching business leaders from leading organisations. 

Previous roles include Research and Policy Director at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Director of Leadership and Consultancy at The Work Foundation, Director of Research and Strategy at Roffey Park Management Institute and Management Development Manager for American Express. Linda’s expertise includes strategy and leadership development, the development of human resource professionals, organizational development and design, change management and executive coaching. 

Through more than 25 years of research, consulting, development and coaching experience Linda has helped clients from every sector including the BBC, Cabot, Clariden Singapore, EDF, NHS, The University of Lisbpn, The University of Glasgow, The Yorkshire Building Society. Current client projects range from strategic consulting with top teams, developing HR directors and their teams, developing university leaders, organization design and merger integration to individual coaching.
