Lesley Giles is delighted to be speaking at the forthcoming Labour Market Observatory seminar led by the Association of Colleges and sponsored by NCFE.
The Observatory has been established to work with a range of partners to bring together, and make sense of the wealth of data being released on employment trends and changes in the jobs market. Working with a range of experts in economics and leaders in skills, and education and training provider, it seeks to provide analysis and stimulate debate in a way that enhances practices in the skills arena, decision making and skills planning. Work Advance has been delighted to support the initiative by taking part in the Observatory’s seminar series exploring how the system can strengthen employer engagement moving forward. Lesley Giles has joined Michael Woods Head of Health Economic Partnerships from the NHS confederation and Steve Walker National Training Manager at CITB
